Exchange and return Policy

Eligibility

Any article purchased online, except for customised order, can be exchanged from leoperd within 7
days, once the article has been delivered, given that the customer has proof of purchase.

Return Policy

If you need to return an item, please follow our return policy:

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of recieving your order by emailing us on official.imstitches@gmail.com or you can call us on +923701715423
  • The item(s) must be unused and have all tags intact
    Please provide proof of your order, such as an order invoice or order confirmation email
  • Returns are accepted only if incorrect or damaged items were delivered
